I think Korra is one of my all-time favourite characters to draw. She
has a very rugged grace to her movements, its very dynamic, and always
poetic. Any time I want to warm up in sketching, I always do a few
scibbles of Korra.
I was studying some old block print paintings of Hokusai’s work, and I
really like the faded print look, so I decided to try it out on a quick
15 min sketch of Korra.
