bought Uwe Heidschoetter's Autumn in Berlin book the other day.

Scare Remedy
So I was forced to watch a scary movie this weekend.
I hated it.
To take my mind off of the scare, I decided to do some more memory sketches in hopes that this occupies my mind more than the scary.
bah.

Exhibit A
An image I designed for an Animal Life Drawing Flyer.
Took me forever and a half.
Now I remember why I stopped colouring things, and just left them as greyscale linearts.
whew.

Hooligan Shenanigans
My four-year-old nephew trying to get my cousin's attention.
If I could base a tv show off of him, I would.
He's such a character.

Memory Sketching
In Stephen Silver's character design workshop, he mentioned a process called memory sketching, which is watching people, before going home and sketching out what you remember. This is a great practice for your memory and really being able to take mental pictures so you can sketch it out later. These are my memory sketches. Still getting used to it, but its such a great mental practice!
